About Us
Following the Mortgage Market Review (MMR) the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued new guidelines on mortgage lending. This was followed by the EU Mortgage Credit Directive and most recently General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These changes have been interpreted differently by the major banks and building societies and as such many people are now finding it more difficult to obtain a mortgage.
All of our advisers are fully compliant with all new rules and regulations and are aware of the different criteria that lenders are now using.

Bespoke and personal, to fit around differing client lifestyles, we can offer various levels of service along with various forms of communication to suit you, we understand that modern life is busy and hectic an does not always allow us the time and space to insist on 9 to 5 appointments.
How We Work
We carry out an initial consultation to establish possible options and answer the two key question most clients ask at the outset, namely; can we do it? And how much will it cost?
There is no commitment or cost to yourselves to make an enquiry and carry out an initial consultation with ourselves. Once we understand your situation and circumstances we can provide relevant and specific information about your options along with some indication of the rates, costs and payments.
This allows us to cover many different areas of mortgage borrowings in one place and gives access to over 130 lenders and tens of thousands of different mortgage products, including exclusives. Because of the range of possible options we do not publish ‘best buys’ or ‘top rates’ as these can be very misleading and do not take into account whether you would actually qualify for them.
